Enjoy these delicious scrambled eggs for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Ingredients

8 eggs
-
⅓ cup milk
-
3 tbsp CCB
-
Salt & Pepper, to taste

1 cup grated cheese, your choice

1 tbsp butter
Directions
Whisk eggs, milk and CCM in a mixing bowl. Stir in cheese.
Melt butter in a large fry pan over medium heat. Add eggs to pan.
As mixture begins to set, move a spatula across the bottom and sides of the pan to form large, moist curds. Cook until eggs are done, but still moist.
Recipe Note
Serve on an English muffin, toast or roasted yams.
