RETURNS

(Effective August 28, 2025)

If you don’t love your Epicure purchase, you can return it within 90 days for a full refund to your original payment method (minus shipping and return shipping/postage charges).

How to return: To start a return email hello@epicure.com with your order number, postal code and reason for return. Return shipping/postage charges will apply. We’ll send you a return label. Once we receive your items, we’ll process your refund (less shipping).

Important details:

  • Guarantee is only applicable on products purchased on epicure.com after August 28, 2025.
  • Products must be sent back within 30 days of receiving your return label.
  • Final sale items, discounted products, gifts, and gift cards are not eligible for a refund or return.
  • Products purchased from retailers other than our website (www.epicure.com) must be returned to the retailer they were purchased from.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment received and may take five to ten business days to reflect on your bank statement.
  • We don’t offer exchanges—please return your item and place a new order if you’d like something else.
  • Standard shipping takes 7–10 business days, but delivery times may vary. Pre-order timelines will be shared at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order is handled with care—from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your door. Every package is packed with attention, and if something goes wrong in transit, we’ll make it right.

Effective Date: Applies to all orders placed after August 28, 2025.

If Something Goes Wrong

Incorrect or missing items: If your order arrives with the wrong item or something missing, you’ll be prompted to share a photo of the incorrect product you received or if we missed out on a product, a photo of all the products you did receive. If you were sent an incorrect item, there is no need to return the item. Feel free to keep it on us and use it as a gift, or add it to your own kitchen.

Lost orders: An order is considered lost if:

  • Your shipping address has been verified with our support team and it has been more than 7 business days since the delivery date with no update, or
  • Your package has been in transit with no tracking updates for 10 business days.

In either case, we’ll issue a replacement.

Stolen orders: An order is considered stolen if our shipping partner provides a proof-of-delivery photo at your address, and 3 business days have passed without you receiving it. Please check with household members or neighbors before filing a claim.

Damaged orders: If your package was mishandled in transit and products arrive broken or unusable, we’ll replace them. Photos of the packaging and damaged items are required to process your claim.

What’s Not Covered

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
  • Items damaged after delivery.

That said, we’ll do our best to work with you on a resolution, even if your order falls outside these guidelines.

How to File a Claim

All shipping issues must be reported within 14 days of the last tracking update. To start a claim, email hello@epicure.com with your order number, details of the issue, and any required photos.
