Air Fryer Honey Garlic Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef
  • 1 pkg Honey Garlic Meatball Seasoning, divided
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 tbsp honey

Preparation

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400° F on “AIR FRY” setting. Set timer to 10 min.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, using a fork, combine beef and 2 tbsp seasoning. Form into 16 meatballs (about 2 tbsp each).
  3. Arrange meatballs in a single layer in air fryer basket.
  4. Cook 10 min. Remove the basket halfway through cook time, or when prompted by air fryer; shake meatballs before re-inserting basket and resuming cooking.
  5. Meanwhile in pan over medium-high heat, combine seasoning, water, and honey. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer until sauce has thickened. Set aside.
  6. Once cooked, using tongs, remove meatballs from basket. Add to pan sauce; stir to coat.

Recipe Note

Make it a perfectly balanced plate: Serve with ½ cup rice and 1 cup steamed vegetables.
