Steaming Easy Meal on the Go Bowl
A perfect meal when you are cooking for one or two, or just need a quick meal on the go.
4 oz (112 g) chicken, pork, or tofu, chopped
1 1⁄2 cups mixed veggies, chopped
2 tbspBalsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, prepared
1 cup cooked brown rice, or quinoa, or 8 Melba toast crackers
- In a Multipurpose Steamer, add meat, veggies, and seasoning. Cook on high for 6–8 minutes.
- Serve on rice or quinoa drizzled with dressing. If using crackers, serve on the side.
