Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
A versatile dressing, this garlic and herb-based blend adapts easily to different tastes and dishes.
3⁄4 cup olive oil
1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
- In a Cruet, combine dressing mix, oil, balsamic vinegar, sea salt and pepper, if using; shake well. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.

For a creamy dressing, add 1 tbsp Dijon-style mustard to prepared dressing.
