Ingredients
Toppings (optional): pickles, chopped red onion, yellow mustard
Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine beef and seasoning. Form into 12 equal balls and place in Multipurpose Steamer. Slightly flatten each ball. Cover and microwave on high 5 min.
- Meanwhile, chop tomatoes and cucumber. Divide veggies and greens between four bowls.
- When burger bites are cooked, top steamer with Multipurpose Tray and strain excess liquid.
- Top each bowl with three burger bites, cheese, and 1 tbsp sauce. Add additional toppings, if desired.
