Pork or Chicken Filling for Gyoza
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 medium carrot, grated
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 cup shredded Chinese cabbage or Bok Choy
1 tbspAsian Stir-Fry Seasoning
4 green onions, thinly sliced
8 oz (225 g) ground pork or ground chicken
1 egg white
1 tbspSweet and Spicy Asian Dipping Sauce, prepared
- Heat vegetable oil in a Wok or a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add carrot, garlic, cabbage, Thai or Asian Stir-fry Seasoning and half the onions. Stir-fry for 5 minutes, tossing frequently.
- In a mixing bowl, combine raw meat with remaining onions, egg white, dipping sauce and stir-fried vegetables.
- Use to fill Epicure Gyoza - Steamed Dumplings or Potstickers
