Sylvie’s Steamer Berry Cheesecake
1 pkg (8 oz/250 g) light cream cheese
1⁄2 cup Greek yogurt
1⁄2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 tbsp melted butter
- Prepare filling by blending the first four ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Prepare crust by combining graham cracker crumbs with butter. Press into a lightly oiled Rectangular Steamer.
- Spoon filling over crust. Cover and microwave on high for 5-6 min.
- Remove lid and let cheesecake cool completely before removing from pan and cutting into squares or slices.
