2 cups thinly sliced sweet potatoes
1 cup broccoli florets
1 tspFajita Seasoning, or Souvlaki, or Asian Stir-Fry.
1 tsp lemon juice, or lime juice
- Toss vegetables with seasoning and place in a Rectangular Steamer.
- Cover and microwave on high for 6 minutes.
- Toss with citrus juice and serve.
