Cool off in the summer (or any time of year) with these nutrient-rich smoothie pops, packed with real fruits and greens for the ultimate healthy treat. They are a great alternative to the sugary popsicles on the market. Ingredients

1 tbspMatcha Latte Mix, or 1 cup baby spinach (or both)

1 can (14 oz/398 ml) light coconut milk

2 kiwis, peeled and coarsely chopped

1 avocado

1 lime, juiced

1 tbsp maple syrup or honey, optional

8 tspSummer Berry Sweet Dip Mix

Preparation

In blender, whirl together latte mix or spinach, coconut milk, kiwi, avocado, and lime juice.
Spoon 1 tsp dip mix into each ice pop mold. Pour mixture over top.
Insert sticks; freeze until firm, at least 4 hrs. To easily remove ice pops, run the mold under hot water until they loosen.
