Shrimp and Avocado Sandwiches

Avocados are a great source of oleic acid, a monounsaturated fat, important for heart health. They are higher in fat than other fruits, so enjoy in moderation.
Ingredients
1⁄4 cupCreamy Guacamole Dip, prepared
1 cup baby shrimp
1⁄4 cup diced bell pepper
8 slices whole-grain bread, or crusty rolls, tortilla wraps or pita pockets
Preparation
- Gently fold shrimp and pepper into Guacamole Dip.
- Serve on bread.
