pumpkin purée

sliced frozen bananas
2 tbsp
quick oats
1 tsp
almond butter or coconut oil
14 tsp

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. If you like it thicker, add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water. Blend until smooth and pour into a tall glass or Shaker.
Tips

Freeze almond milk in advance for a better consistency.
