Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
A delicious perfectly balanced breakfast that will start your day off right and keep you full until lunch!
1 cup almond milk
1⁄2 cup pumpkin purée
1⁄2 cup sliced frozen bananas
2 tbsp quick oats
1 tsp almond butter or coconut oil
1⁄4 tspApple Pie Spice
- In a blender, combine all ingredients. If you like it thicker, add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water. Blend until smooth and pour into a tall glass or Shaker.
