Puerto Rican Adobo Steamed Fish

4 white fish fillets
1⁄2 cup adobo sauce
- In a medium-sized bowl, marinate fish in adobo sauce for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to at 350° F (175° C).
- Place fish in foil packages and seal. Bake for approximately 10–15 minutes, until fish flakes with a fork. Serve.
