3 cups shredded purple cabbage
1 cup cooked grains, such as mixed rice or bulgur
1 cup julienned carrots
1 cup julienned zucchini
1⁄4 recipe preparedPopcorn Chicken Bites
1⁄2 avocado, coarsely mashed
2 tbsp prepared dressing, your choice
Better Than Bacon Topper, to taste, optional
- Arrange first five ingredients in two bowls.
- Dollop avocado on top; drizzle with dressing.
- Shake on Nutritional Yeast Topper.
