Mini Herby Parmesan Quiche Bites

Ingredients
10 eggs
1⁄4 cup Parmesan
1⁄2 cup low-fat milk
1 tbspHerb & Garlic Dip Mix
1 1⁄2 cups frozen peas
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Place a lightly oiled Perfect Petites on a Sheet Pan.
- In a mixing bowl; whisk eggs, Parmesan, milk and dip mix.
- Divide peas into mold, top with egg mix.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, rotating tray half way through cooking time.
- Flip mold onto the Sheet Pan and twist to pop out quiche bites.
