Meatless Pizza

Ingredients
1⁄3 cupCreamy Ranch Dip
1 (12 in/ 30 cm) prepared thin whole-wheat pizza shell
1⁄2 cup sliced bell pepper, any kind
1⁄2 cup chopped broccoli
1⁄2 cup grated or matchstick carrots
1⁄2 cup sliced mushrooms
3⁄4 cup grated partly-skimmed mozzarella cheese
1⁄4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Chili Flakes & Garlic Topper, optional
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
- Spread Creamy Ranch Dip on pizza shell.
- Add vegetables and top with mozzarella and parmesan.
- Bake for approximately 10–15 minutes, or until shell is golden-brown and cheese is melted. Finish with Chili Flakes & Garlic Topper.
