Ingredients
1 cup mandarin segments, diced
1⁄2 cup pomegranate seeds
1⁄2 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
1 - 2 tbspPoco Picante Salsa Mix
1 tsp lime juice, optional
Preparation
- In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes prior to serving.
