Lime Grilled Chicken

In a word: zesty! And super-fast on the grill.
Ingredients
1⁄2 cup lime juice
2 tbsp honey
3⁄4 tspHerb & Garlic Dip Mix
1⁄4 cup oil
2 tsp herbes provencales
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Preparation
OVEN
- preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together first 5 ingredients.
- Marinate chicken in lime mixture in fridge for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- place chicken in frying pan and cook 15–20 minutes, basting with pan juices during cooking.
GRILL
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together first 5 ingredients.
- Marinate chicken in lime mixture in fridge for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- grill for 4 minutes each side.
