2 tins (4 oz/120 g) light tuna, packed in water
1⁄3 cup low-fat plain yogurt
3 radishes, sliced
4 lettuce leaves
8 slices whole-wheat bread
- Drain liquid from tuna and fluff with a fork into a medium mixing bowl. Add yogurt and dip mix. Stir to blend well.
- Place lettuce on 4 slices of bread. Top with tuna mixture and radishes. Cover with second slices of bread.
- Cut diagonally and serve.
