This is a beautiful, satisfying, easy dish you can incorporate into a Morrocan buffet, or serve as a separate dinner for family and friends.


Ingredients
2 lbs (900 g)
lamb chops
2 tsp
Moroccan Seasoning
2 tbsp
olive oil
3 tbsp
yogurt
1 tbsp
Dukkah, prepared
2 tbsp
mirin, sherry, or wine
juice of 1 lime

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl or baking dish, combine all ingredients.
  2. Marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, minimum 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Fry chops in a frying pan over medium heat, turning often – approximately 8–10 minutes for medium-rare.
  4. Arrange on a platter, and serve.
Tips

Great with rice or couscous and fresh salad on the side.
