This is a beautiful, satisfying, easy dish you can incorporate into a Morrocan buffet, or serve as a separate dinner for family and friends.
2 lbs (900 g) lamb chops
2 tsp Moroccan Seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp Dukkah, prepared
2 tbsp mirin, sherry, or wine
juice of 1 lime
- In a large bowl or baking dish, combine all ingredients.
- Marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, minimum 2 hours or overnight.
- Fry chops in a frying pan over medium heat, turning often – approximately 8–10 minutes for medium-rare.
- Arrange on a platter, and serve.
