Kyoto Rose Spritz

Slash calories in a traditional spritzer by cutting the wine in half and topping up with flavourful Kyoto cherry rose-infused soda water instead.
Ingredients
2 cups soda water
1⁄3 cup Kyoto cherry rose tea
1 cup red or white wine
cherries or berry skewers, optional
Preparation
- Gently stir soda with Kyoto cherry rose tea. Refrigerate and let steep, 6–8 minutes, then strain.
- Pour wine into glasses, then top with tea-infused soda.
- Garnish with fresh cherries or small berry skewers, if you wish.
