Holiday Roasted Squash
1 acorn squash, cut into large chunks
2 tbsp olive oil
Sea Salt (Grinder), optional
Black Pepper (Grinder), optional
- Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
- Combine all ingredients onto a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner.
- Roast for 20 minutes, until squash is starting to brown on the outside while still soft on the inside.
