Easy Turkey Meatloaf

Lean, mean, full of body-building protein, and super tasty.
Ingredients
1 large egg, beaten
1 tbsp water
1 lb (450 g) lean ground turkey
1 tbsp3 Onion Dip Mix
1 tbspCCB Dip Mix
1 tspNourish Broth Mix
Sea Salt (Grinder), freshly ground, to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), freshly ground, to taste
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine egg and water.
- Add all remaining ingredients and mix to combine. Place in a Rectangular Steamer and press down to pack lightly.
- Cover with lid and microwave on high for 9–10 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes, then turn out of steamer and slice.
