Classy Cucumber Bites
1⁄2 cup cream cheese, room temperature
2 tsp3 Onion Dip Mix
1⁄2 English cucumber
8 cherry tomatoes
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese and dip mix. Mix well.
- Using 4-in-1 Mandoline fitted with the 3.5 mm slicer blade, thinly slice cucumber into rounds. You’ll need about 30 pieces. Slice tomatoes into quarters.
- Spoon cream cheese mixture onto centre of each cucumber (about a scant tsp per piece). Top with cherry tomatoes; push in gently.

For a more elegant presentation, pipe cream cheese mixture onto cucumber slices using a large piping tip. Top with chopped cooked shrimp or smoked salmon.
