4 medium, unpeeled potatoes or sweet potatoes, washed and chopped
1 tbsp3 Onion Dip Mix, or dip mix of your choice
1⁄2 cup milk or water
2 tbspPesto Sauce, prepared, or salad dressing, your choice
- Combine potatoes and dip mix in a Multipurpose Steamer.
- Microwave on high, with lid on, for 10 minutes.
- Mash potatoes with milk and finishing sauce until desired consistency.
