Ingredients
2 cups milk or fortified, non-dairy alternative
1 1⁄2 cups quick oats
1 tspApple Pie Spice
2 apples, sliced
1 1⁄2 cups 2% plain Greek yogurt
1⁄2 cup almonds, sliced
4 tsp maple syrup
Preparation
- In a Round or Multipurpose Steamer, add milk, oats, and apple pie spice; stir until combined.
- Top oat mixture with sliced apples and microwave, covered, for 4–6 min.
- Portion into 4 bowls and top with 1⁄4 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp sliced almonds, and 1 tsp maple syrup.
