Guacamole is the perfect addition to tacos, fajitas, burritos, nachos and 7 layer dip. Use as a seasoning for fish and seafood, eggs and grains. Free from sodium, dairy, gluten, fillers, artificial colours or flavours.
DIP - combine with yogurt and mayo for a creamy dip for chicken wings, serve with tacos, top crab cakes and burgers
DRESSING - Make delish dressing for bean salad, shrimp or salad niçoise. Add 2tbsp mix with 3/4C olive oil and 1/4C vinegar.
AVO-TOAST - Spread toast with guacamole. Top toast with poached, scrambled or fried egg or sliced tomato and balsamic glaze.
SHRIMP & FISH - combine mix with olive oil and lime, brush onto shrimp or any white fish before grilling
GRAINS - add to water when cooking rice or quinoa for additional flavour.
SANDWICHES - Add mix to tuna or egg sandwiches.
PROTEIN GUACAMOLE - Add cottage cheese or a hardboiled egg to guacamole for a high protein dip or sandwich filling.
