A little spicy, very satisfying – and so simple. Kids love the melted cheese! Make it in the oven or the microwave.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2/3 cup cold water

3 tbsp Guacamole Dip Mix
- 1 can (19 oz/540 g) black beans
- grated cheese (to taste)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In food processor, combine beans with dip mix, lime juice, and water. Blend until smooth.
Spoon into heat-proof serving dish. Top with grated cheese and heat in oven until bubbling.
Recipe Note
Use in quesadillas, burritos, and Mexican layer dips.
