Easy to make and enjoy pancakes and waffles. Customize with chopped fresh or frozen fruit, chocolate chips, coconut, or mini marshmallows.
PANCAKES - Whisk mix with 1 cup milk, 1 egg, 2 tbsp oil and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Let batter rest for 5 minutes. Scoop 1/4 cup batter into hot pan. Cook 2 - 5 minutes and flip when bubbling and brown on bottom. Cook second side for 1 - 2 minutes.
WAFFLES - Whisk mix with 1 cup milk, 1 egg, 2 tbsp oil and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Let batter rest for 5 minutes. Scoop 1/4 cup batter into waffle maker and follow waffle maker instructions.
SAVOURY PANCAKES: Stir in 1-2 tbsp of 3
Onion or CCB or chopped, cooked
bacon or sausage.
