2 tomatoes

1⁄2 red onion
4 cups baby spinach or mixed greens
2 cups zucchini noodles
1 recipe preparedVeggie Burger, made into sliders
1 cup shredded cheddar
3⁄4 cup preparedBalsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
Preparation
- Cut tomatoes into wedges, slice avocado and slice onion into rings.
- Arrange tomatoes, avocado, onion, baby spinach, zucchini, Veggie Burger sliders, and shredded cheddar in four bowls.
