Potato Apple salad with Mango Curry dressing

Preparation
- Place potatoes in a Multipurpose Steamer with lid, and cook on high for 5–6 minutes, or until tender. Let cool.
- Combine potatoes with the next three ingredients, sprinkle with sesame seeds and season to taste. Serve immediately, or chill until ready to serve.
