Mango Curry Dip

Ingredients
3 tbsp Mango Curry Dip Mix
1 cup plain yogurt or light sour cream
1 cup light mayonnaise
juice from half a lemon, optional
Preparation
- In a small bowl, combine dip mix, yogurt and mayonaise. Let stand for 10 min before serving. This allows time for the mix to hydrate and flavours to blend.
