Marinara & Cheese Pizza
Fun and family-friendly! Call the kids in to help top this delicious, healthier house-made pizza.
Perfectly Balance Your Plate
Top each slice of pizza with 1⁄2 cup cooked, chopped chicken breast or tofu and serve with 2 cups mixed greens with 1 tbsp Epicure Salad Dressing.
1 thin whole-grain or gluten-free prepared pizza shell (12”)
4 tsp olive oil
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
1 cup preparedMarinara Sauce
8 oz (250 g) fresh mozzarella, torn into small pieces
- Preheat oven to 450° F.
- Place pizza shell on a Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Brush with oil and season with Salt and Pepper, if desired.
- Bake for 5 min, until crisp.
- Remove from oven. Spread with Marinara Sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
- Return to oven and bake for 5 min, until cheese melts.
