1 thin whole-grain or gluten-free prepared pizza shell (12”)
4 tsp olive oil
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
8 oz (250 g) fresh mozzarella, torn into small pieces
- Preheat oven to 450° F.
- Place pizza shell on a Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Brush with oil and season with Salt and Pepper, if desired.
- Bake for 5 min, until crisp.
- Remove from oven. Spread with Marinara Sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
- Return to oven and bake for 5 min, until cheese melts.
