Cool as a Cucumber Wine Spritzer

Give that blender a whirl—it’s your tool to make chic, summer bevvies. Stay cool with subtle floral flavours and refreshing cucumber sweetness. Make it a mocktail by swapping dry, green grape juice for white wine.
Ingredients
1 English cucumber, divided
2 cups preparedElderflower Cordial TeaorPink Lemonade Herbal Tea, chilled
2 cups white wine, your choice
1 lime
1 cup soda water
Preparation
- Roughly chop half the cucumber and place in blender with tea and wine. Blend on high 1 min.
- Meanwhile, dice remaining cucumber and slice lime into wedges. Set aside.
- Slowly pour wine mixture through a sieve into a large pitcher. Use the back of a spoon to press down pulp to get as much liquid through the sieve as possible. Discard pulp.
- Stir in soda water, cucumber, and lime. Pour over ice into four glasses.
