1 cup boiling or cold water
Ice cubes, optional
1⁄4 cup club soda, optional
- For a hot brew, pour boiling water over tea bag. Steep 5–7 min.
- For a cold brew, place tea bag in a large cup or container with a resealable lid (like a Mason jar). Pour cold water overtop. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Squeeze bag to release flavour, then discard.
- Pour tea into a large glass; fill with ice and top with club soda, if using.
