Ingredients
1 small cauliflower
1 recipe prepared finishing sauce, your choice
Preparation
- Grate or finely chop cauliflower until it resembles rice grains.
- Place cauliflower in a Multipurpose Steamer and microwave on high for 4–6 minutes.
- Drizzle with a finishing sauce such as Pesto or Chimichurri. Enjoy!
