Bruschetta & Prosciutto Tartine
A tartine is an elegantly topped, open-faced French sandwich. Here’s an Italian version.
4 slices of bread, your choice, cut from a round loaf
1⁄2 cupRoasted Garlic Aioli, prepared
1 cupBruschetta, prepared
8 slices prosciutto
- Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
- Place bread on a crisper. Toast for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- To assemble, top each toast with aioli, a couple of spoonfuls of Bruschetta, and two slices of prosciutto.
