A sweet and sticky glaze made with real Canadian maple-sugar. Family friendly and wonderfully versatile. Use Oh Canada on chicken, ribs, fish, or chops before grilling or roasting.
GLAZE: In a plastic bag, place 2 tbsp Oh Canada and 1 tbsp oil per 1 lb (450 g) of protein. Massage to coat. Let stand for 10 min. Grill or pan-fry over medium-low heat.
STIR-FRY: Stir-fry 4 C veggies and meat with 1 Tbsp Oh Canada and 1 tbsp oil.
MUSTARD GLAZE: Stir 1 tbsp Oh Canada in ½ C honey mustard.
DRESSING: Mix together 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/8 cup white balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp mustard, 1 tsp honey and 2 tbsp Oh Canada. Perfect on spinach salad with cranberries, toasted pecans and goat cheese.
ROASTED VEGGIES: Place 4 cups yams, onions, potatoes and carrots in large bowl with 1 - 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp Oh Canada. Toss to coat. Place veggies on sheet pan and roast at 400F for 25 - 35 minutes.
