SWAP THE PROTEIN - Use ground beef instead of beef strips. Swap beef for chicken thighs, firm tofu or ground pork.

PICK YOUR VEGGIES - Swap broccoli for green beans, bok choy, cauliflower or snap peas (whatever is on sale and in season)

MAKE A SAUCE - Make the sauce (add water, soy sauce and sesame to the blend) and instead of using in stir fry toss with cooked udon, rice noodles or soba.
