2 zucchini, coarsely chopped
2 tbspVegetable Seasoning
1⁄4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
- Place zucchini in Rectangular Steamer and sprinkle with seasoning. Microwave for 8 minutes. Drain well.
- Place in food processor with remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
