Tex-Mex Glazed Chicken Legs
4 chicken legs
2 tspFajita Seasoning
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
1⁄3 cupTex-Mex Grilling Sauce, prepared
- Preheat grill to medium. Drizzle chicken legs with vegetable oil and sprinkle with Fajita Seasoning, Sea Salt and Black Pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6 - 8 minutes per side. Reduce temperature to low and generously brush with Tex-Mex Grilling Sauce recipe.
- Grill each side a further 3 - 4 minutes. Chicken is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 175° F (79° C).
