Tabbouleh

Ingredients
1⁄2 cup raisins
2 cups couscous, cooked and cooled
4 green onions, thinly diced
2 red or orange bell peppers, diced
2 English cucumbers, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
1 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
3⁄4 cupGreek Dressing, prepared
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
Garlic Onion Nutritional Yeast Topper, to taste
Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except nutritional yeast sprinkle.
- Top with nutritional yeast sprinkle and enjoy, or chill prior to serving.
