Lemony Baked Pita Wedges

Serve with 4 oz (113 g) lean protein, 2 cups chopped veggies and 2 tbsp Epicure Dip.
3 tbsp olive oil
4 pita breads (6")
- Preheat oven to 425° F. Place Cooling Racks on a Sheet Pan.
- In a Prep Bowl, whisk seasoning with oil. Using a Basting Brush, brush each pita with seasoning mixture. Slice pitas into quarters and arrange on cooling racks.
- Bake 7 min, or until slightly browned and crispy.
