Delicious served with rice or on top of your favourite salad.
24 large frozen uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup chopped spinach leaves
1 tbsp olive oil
toasted sesame seeds, optional
- In a large microwave-safe bowl (not melamine), mix first 5 ingredients together. Microwave on medium-high for 1 minute. Remove and stir well.
- Microwave for another 2–3 minutes, until shrimp are just cooked through. Sprinkle with Topper and sesame seeds, if desired.
