Summer Berry Strawberry Sandwiches
Try these for a no-cook dessert when you don’t feel like turning on the oven and baking.
1⁄2 pkg (8 oz/250 g) block light cream cheese, at room temperature
12 large strawberries
1⁄4 cupChocolate Syrup
- Beat cream cheese with Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix.
- Hull strawberries. Trim hull end to make a flat base, and cut the tips of each berry. Don’t make the tips too small, and save them – you’ll need them later.
- Place berries hull side down on a platter so they sit flat. Using the tip of a knife or a small spoon, hollow out berries.
- Spoon or pipe cream cheese mixture into hollows, then top with strawberry tips. Drizzle with Epicure Chocolate Syrup and serve.
