Spinach & Egg Tartine

A tartine is an elegantly topped, open-faced French sandwich.
Ingredients
4 slices of bread, your choice, cut from a round loaf
1⁄2 cupRoasted Garlic Aioli, prepared
1 cup spinach leaves
4 hardboiled eggs, sliced
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
- Place bread on a crisper. Toast for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- To assemble, spread each toast with aioli. Top with a few leaves of spinach and a sliced egg.
- Sprinkle with Sea Salt.
