Snowballs

Ingredients
1⁄2 cup icing sugar
1⁄2 cup butter
1⁄2 cup shortening
1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1⁄2 tspSea Salt (Grinder)
1 cup coconut flakes, for rolling
Glaze:
2 1⁄4 cups icing sugar
3 tbsp hot water
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350º F (175º C).
- Cream together icing sugar, butter, shortening, and vanilla extract.
- Add flour and salt. Mix to form a smooth dough.
- Roll into 1” balls and place on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Bake 8-10 minutes.
- Cool, coat with glaze, and roll in coconut. Let glaze dry thoroughly before storing in an airtight container.
