Silicone Steamer 13 Minute Maple Bacon Sea Salt Squash
1 small butternut squash
Maple Bacon Sea Salt, to taste
- To easily peel squash, slit skin in a few places. Microwave on high to soften slightly, 4–5 minutes. Peel squash, then slice in half. Scoop out and discard seeds.
- Chop squash into pieces, then place in Rectangular Steamer. Cover and microwave on high, 5–8 minutes, depending on size and thickness of pieces.
- Spoon onto a platter and season with Maple Bacon Sea Salt.
