Sheet Pan Easy Fajitas

Perfectly Balance Your Plate
Serve with 3 tbsp prepared Guacamole, 1⁄4 cup prepared Poco Picante Salsa, 1 cup mixed veggies, in season, your choice
Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
3 tbspFajita Seasoning
Sea Salt (Grinder), if desired
Black Pepper (Grinder), if desired
1 1⁄2 lb (680 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 onion, sliced
2 bell peppers, sliced
16 small whole-grain or corn tortillas, warmed
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C).
- In a small bowl combine oil and Fajita Seasoning. Season with Salt and Pepper, if desired.
- Toss chicken, veggies, and oil mixture together on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner and spread out evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until chicken is cooked and the veggies are soft.
- Serve with tortillas and your favorite fixings.
