Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) oil
  • 1 lb (450 g) sliced chicken, beef, or shrimp, your choice
  • 2 C (1) sliced onions and bell peppers
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Fajita Seasoning
  • 8 small whole-grain or corn tortillas, warmed
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) Guacamole, prepared
  • 1 C (250 ml) Poco Picante Salsa, prepared

Preparation


 
  • Microwave Preparation:
    1. Omit oil. Combine the next four ingredients in an (p.1004212). Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
    2. Serve on tortillas and top with prepared guacamole and salsa.
  • Stovetop Preparation:
    1. In a Fry Pan, heat oil and stir-fry protein,vegetables and seasoning for 10 minutes, or until golden.
    2. Serve on tortillas and top with prepared guacamole and salsa.

Make it vegetarian: Swap meat for 4 C (1 L) beans or lentils.
